- When the buyer and the owner agree on a purchase price, they contact Timeshare Lifestyle. We’ll gather and submit the information needed for a third-party closing company to finalize the purchase.
- The closing company submits all the necessary contracts to the buyer, the owner and the resort.
- As soon as the closing is finalized, the buyer receives a new deed for the timeshare.
