Sell Timeshare No Upfront Fee
Tired of being told you have to pay an Upfront Fee to sell a timeshare?
In this day and age it is rare to find a Timeshare Realtor, and any one you do happen to find will charge you an Upfront Fee that they disguise as an “Appraisal Fee.” Then of course they take an additional fee when and if they ever actually sell your timeshare and in some cases that can be as much as 40%. A normal legitimate real estate agent would only take 6%, but of course normal real estate agents want nothing to do with timeshares. Timeshares cannot be marketed just locally like a normal real estate agent does with houses in their community. Timeshares need to be given proper worldwide exposure because just like the people that travel to the resorts, timeshare owners are everywhere in the world and for your timeshare to be advertised to sell quickly and effectively, it needs to be marketed to all of the potential timeshare buyers worldwide.
For more free information on how to sell a timeshare, contact us today at 1.800.616.1966.
